A transparent trend + volatility strategy holds BTC, ETH, SOL or XRP in uptrends and rotates to cash in downturns — spot only, no leverage — aiming to leave you with more of your asset than holding, at roughly half the drawdown. Every rebalance is EIP-712 signed with a public, hash-chained track record anyone can verify. Is ZENT a security?

ZENT is designed as a utility and governance token. It is used for signal staking, conviction weighting, access tiers, veZENT governance, and fee payment. It is not a share of vault revenue, not yield-bearing intrinsically, and not equity. The buyback-and-burn allocation is funded by protocol fees as a supply-management mechanism, not as a distribution to holders.
