ZENTORY is a non-custodial crypto vault protocol on HyperEVM that defends the drawdowns. A transparent trend + volatility strategy holds BTC, ETH, SOL or XRP in uptrends and rotates to cash in downturns — spot only, no leverage — aiming to leave you with more of your asset than holding, at roughly half the drawdown. Every rebalance is EIP-712 signed with a public, hash-chained track record anyone can verify. Deposits are held in the ERC-4626 vault contract under user-controlled shares: no exchange custody, no admin key over balances, and users redeem shares on demand.

ZENTORY is non-custodial: vault assets sit in an ERC-4626 contract, the StrategyExecutor smart contract enforces position and leverage limits in Solidity, and the user can withdraw at any time without permission.

Yearn and Beefy publish an APY without an honest comparison to holding the underlying. ZENTORY's Ghost Portfolio tracks HOLD (passive baseline), GHOST (signal path at signed prices), and ACTUAL (real NAV) in parallel, so every vault can prove exactly how much alpha it generated and where execution slippage occurred.

Is ZENT a security?

ZENT is designed as a utility and governance token. It is used for signal staking, conviction weighting, access tiers, veZENT governance, and fee payment. It is not a share of vault revenue, not yield-bearing intrinsically, and not equity. The buyback-and-burn allocation is funded by protocol fees as a supply-management mechanism, not as a distribution to holders.
